These are 304-Grade Stainless Steel. You just need soap and water to clean them up!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Application applies to original equipment manufacturer’s standard production wheels only.
There is no need to jack up your vehicle or remove any lug nuts when installing this wheel liner set.
1. Determine the correct placement of attachment bracket required for proper hand hole and valve stem alignment of the front wheel liner.
2. From the center of the wheel using an outward motion, install the bracket into the lug nut offset directly above the lug nut washer. If necessary, gently tap the bracket into position using a hammer. Do not damage the bracket.
3. Snap the wire clips into the closed position around the lug nut offset to complete the installation of the bracket. Be sure the wire clip snaps into a locking notch.
4. Install the front wheel liner over brackets in correct position for proper valve stem and hand hole alignment. Now install the stainless steel screws through liner and thread into bracket post.
5. Use the hex key to tighten the screws to complete the front wheel liner installation.
6. Install rear wheel liner over studs in correct position for proper hand hole alignment. Now, install the jam nut onto the stud exposed through the mounting hole of the rear wheel liner.
7. Use the installation tool provided with this set, hand tighten the Jam Nuts. DO NOT use a power wrench for this purpose.
8. Place hex key and installation tool in glove box for future use.
Installation is complete!
